1. Group Classes
 

• Payment: Course fees must be paid in advance.

• Refunds: Fees are non-refundable, except if a course is cancelled. If a student withdraws before the end of the course, no refund will be given.​

• Low enrolment: If enrolments are low, the course start date may be postponed by 1–2 weeks to allow for late registrations.

• Teacher absence: If a teacher is unavailable, students will either have the option of a make-up class with their teacher at another time or be taught by a substitute teacher.

 

• Missed classes:​

  • All courses run online for the entire term.

  • Classes are not recorded, and we cannot offer catch-up sessions with other groups. With small class sizes, it is not possible to accommodate individual requests.

  • While courses at the same level follow the same programme, specific weekly topics may differ between groups.

 
2. Individual / One-to-One – Pay as You Go
 

• All fees must be paid at least 24 hours before the first class. If payment is not received on time or fails, the class will be automatically cancelled.

• Students can book or cancel lessons with at least 36 hours’ notice (weekends excluded).

• Late cancellations are charged at €50.

• Bookings are subject to teacher availability.

 

• If the teacher is unavailable, students may reschedule with their teacher or take the class with a substitute.
  
  Google Classroom: Each student has a dedicated Google Classroom space. After every lesson, the teacher uploads lesson materials, homework, files, activities, and any important updates.
   

3. Individual / One-to-One – 5 Lessons Package
 

• Full payment must be made at least 24 hours before the first class. If payment is not received on time or does not go through, the class will be automatically cancelled.

• Students are expected to attend weekly. The 5 lessons must be used within 3 months of the first class.

• Cancellations must be made at least 36 hours in advance or a €30 fee applies.

• If the student withdraws early, no refund will be given.

• Fees are non-refundable, except if the school is unable to run the course.

• If the teacher is unavailable, a make-up class will be offered either with the same teacher or a substitute.
   

Google Classroom: Each student has a dedicated Google Classroom space. After every lesson, the teacher uploads lesson materials, homework, files, and activities, along with any important updates.

 
4. Semi-Private – 10 Lessons Package
 

• Full payment must be made at least 24 hours before the first class.

• Students are expected to attend weekly. The 10 lessons must be used within 3 monthsof the first class.

• Cancellations must be made at least 36 hours in advance, otherwise a €50 fee applies.

• If a student withdraws early, no refund will be given.

• Fees are non-refundable, except if the school is unable to run the course.

• If the teacher is unavailable, a make-up class will be offered either with the same teacher or a substitute.
  
  Google Classroom: Each student has a dedicated Google Classroom space. After every lesson, the teacher uploads materials, homework, activities, and updates.
  
  Note: Semi-private lessons require a minimum of 2 students and a maximum of 4.
